The website serves to provide information and facilitate the online sale of cosmetics within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

10. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Severability Clause

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) If the user is a consumer with habitual residence in the EU or the EEA, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of his or her country of residence shall remain unaffected and shall take precedence over these Terms of Use in case of doubt.

(3) If the user is an entrepreneur, merchant, a legal entity under public law, or is acting on behalf of a company, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the use of this website is Jena. This provision applies accordingly to the General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of goods. This choice of law does not apply to the extent that mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of your habitual residence deviate from it.
